This policy covers one thing: the contact form on this site. If you fill it in, this is what happens to what you send.
What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your name, your company, your work email address, and your message. Nothing else, and nothing you do not type.
What we do with it
We read it and, if it needs one, we reply. That is the whole purpose. We do not sell it, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not give it to anyone for their own use unless the law requires us to.
Who else handles it
Your message is stored by our database and hosting provider, and a copy is sent to us through an email delivery provider so it does not sit unread. Both act only on our instructions, under agreements that require them to.
Where it is held
In the United States, which is where we run this site from and where our customers are.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it.
Asking us to delete it
Send the form again and say so — give the same email address you used before, and ask us to delete your message. We will delete what we hold.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from anyone else. There is no tracking here of any kind, so a Do Not Track signal from your browser changes nothing. We record nothing about your visit unless you fill in the form; the companies that host this site keep ordinary server logs for a short period, as every host does, and we do not use them to identify you.
